Ear cuffs are large and fit on the middle of the ear over the cartilage. Ear wraps are smaller and fit on the soft edge of the ear at the top or bottom. The Earcuffs start at £12.95 each. They are usually worn on one ear. You can, if you wish, buy a pair and wear on both ears! It is up to you!

EARWRAPS
Ear wraps are small and fit on the soft edge of the ear at the top or bottom. Ear cuffs are larger and fit on the middle of the ear over the cartilage. THREADS
These are a simple chain with straight ends that go into your piercing and dangle freely. Oh Yes, the chain goes through the pierce!
Threads can be worn with single, double and triple pierced ears... and look different each way you wear them! If you have more than one piercing in your ear then you can also add a stone or dangle to the ear thread.

Ear Charms are handcrafted in Solid Sterling Silver with many of them being rhodium plated over silver to stop them tarnishing and as a healthy and affordable alternative to the high cost of solid 14k gold, we offer Royal Vermeil.
Royal Vermeil is the highest quality gold plate available. It is in excess of 100 mills thick. It is a heavy 24K gold plate directly over our sterling silver. This alleviates the problem for those people sensitive to the nickel that is found in lesser gold plates. (If someone can wear solid 14K and Sterling Silver, then they can wear Vermeil). We do not even charge extra for it. Our 24K gold plate vermeil is more than 10 times as thick as the standard gold plate and this allows us to guarantee it. It won’t turn green as will less expensive (Costume Jewellery) flash plating.
VERMEIL SHOULD NOT BE BUFFED WITH A POLISHING CLOTH OR BUFFER. IT CAN BE CLEANED WITH ANY LIQUID JEWELLERY CLEANER. Also hairspray, bleach, lemon juice and other acidic compounds can burn the metal. For prolonging the life of any jewellery it should be washed with fresh water or cleaned after each use.
Sterling Silver is known as the finest quality silver used in jewellery today. Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver with 7.5% alloy for improved strength and durability as compared to pure silver, which is very soft in nature and less ideal for jewellery. Using Sterling Silver allows us to unconditionally guarantee our Ear Charms © ® against allergy.
In time, sterling silver will tarnish (as with any silver that is not plated with rhodium). This darkening or "Patina" as it is called, can be very desirable. The best effect can be achieved by polishing the high surfaces with a polishing cloth leaving the recesses darkened which accentuates the all over effect, this can be achieved with a liquid jewellery cleaner or buffing with a polishing cloth. |
